BodyLove Bootcamp - Fall 2017

BodyLove Bootcamp is a 12-week online coaching program guided by Rachel Gainer, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Fall Session begins Monday, September 11, 2017, and ends Friday, December 1, 2017. It includes:

  • 12 weeks of at-home workouts with videos
  • 8 lessons on nutrition, including discussions on whole foods, macro counting, and intuitive eating
  • 8 lessons on mindset, including discussions on goal setting, habit formation, and self-love
  • Virtual support through a private Facebook group
  • Four group Q&A video conference calls
  • 25-minute private video conference with Rachel

Participants may also qualify for a $100 refund by meeting the following expectations:

  • Complete 4 out of 5 workouts per week (3 full workouts, 1 "Time Crunch" workout)
  • Post about BodyLove Bootcamp on Instagram once per month during the program (three posts in all)
  • Complete final course survey by December 8, 2017
  • Email (1) before and after photos (will not be share without consent), (2) fitness test tracking sheet, (3) measurements tracking sheet, and (4) evaluation letter by December 8, 2017
