What you really want is a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.

A life you’re excited to live each day, because every part feels intentional and aligned with your values and goals.

But that’s not the life you’re living.

The life you’re living is run by your to-do list—which is filled with other people’s priorities.

You tell yourself, “When I get to the end of this list, I’ll make time for me.” For rest, self-care, hobbies, passion projects, school, a business … that thing you feel called to do.

But you never get to the end of the list.

You’re doing all the right things—the things people said would bring fulfillment and happiness—but you still feel lost, like you aren’t bringing all of you to the table.

You look around and think, “I have so much to be grateful for, so why do I feel so restless and dissatisfied? I must be doing something wrong, or maybe I’m not doing enough. Maybe I’m not enough.”

Sometimes you feel trapped in a life that doesn’t quite fit.

(And you don’t even want to admit that to yourself, because it only makes you feel ungrateful and ashamed.)

You want something more—or maybe just different? You aren’t sure. The only thing you know right now is that this life, it’s not quite right.

And you want to figure out why.

You’re tired of shouldering all the responsibility and never taking time to rest or recharge.

You’re tired of feeling like a terrible person every time you choose self-care over service.

You’re tired of chasing your to-do list and never having time for the things that light you up.

You’re tired of watching other people pursue their dreams while you sit on the sidelines.

You’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and discouraged at the end of the day.

You’re ready to try something different.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching is an opportunity to explore anything that’s on your mind or on your plate. It’s a chance to think out loud, brainstorm, problem solve, and dig deeper than you ever have before. It’s an opportunity to become intimately acquainted with who you are and what you need to thrive.

As your coach, I’m here to facilitate powerful breakthroughs and act as a nonjudgmental thinking partner. I’m not the expert on your life or what you need. You are the expert. You are intelligent, capable, and creative. As your coach, I provide guided support to help you discover your own answers and solutions. I also provide education and tools to help you explore your life with fresh eyes and curiosity.

One-on-one coaching can help you:

  • Clarify what you really want from life.

  • Reclaim your agency and take responsibility for your decisions.

  • Pinpoint what’s really holding you back.

  • Identify your fear patterns and interrupt unhelpful cycles.

  • Turn your inner critic into an inner ally.

  • Reframe limiting beliefs into liberating beliefs.

  • Unhook from the expectations of others.

  • Set and hold loving boundaries.

  • Practice self-compassion.

  • Process uncomfortable emotions.

  • Develop emotional agility.

  • Rediscover your passions and interests.

  • Reconnect with your intuition.

  • Tap into your body’s wisdom.

  • Make difficult decisions.

  • Develop sustainable habits.

  • And much more.

Because change doesn’t happen overnight, I ask new clients to commit to a minimum of 6 coaching sessions, meeting every other week for about 3 months. This includes one 90-minute session and five 60-minute sessions. It also includes post-session check-ins via email. All coaching sessions are conducted over the phone.

When you invest in long-term coaching, you invest in yourself, your dreams, and your happiness. You commit to showing up, doing the work, being completely honest, taking risks, and practicing patience. You promise to say big, scary things out loud. You recognize that the work we do in session is only the beginning—it’s your job to take the work into real life. As your coach, I feel honored to take the journey with you.

Ready to get started? Schedule a complimentary 90-minute clarity session so that we can get to know each other.

Free Clarity Session (90 Minutes)

Coaching is a valuable investment in time, money, and energy. Before you make a decision, I invite you to join me for a complimentary 90-minute clarity session. During this session, we’ll identify what’s working and not working in your life, discuss the gap between where you are and where you want to go, and look at what’s really standing in the way (spoiler alert: it’s probably not time, money, knowledge, or circumstances).

A clarity session mimics the structure and style of a typical coaching session, giving you insight into the coaching experience and how it could support your personal development. At the end of a clarity session, I leave time for you to ask questions, but there is no obligation to commit to a long-term coaching relationship.

“I am so grateful for the safe, loving space that Rachel has created in her coaching practice. “I’m so grateful I found Rachel when I did. She helped me through the entrepreneurial ups and downs of running a company with my husband while raising our three children. She guided me through becoming acquired by another company and staying on as a leader, which was a huge emotional transition.

”The biggest thing she helped me with was to create a life that is aligned with my most important core values and desires. She helped me create boundaries, make habits, set goals, identify and work through fears, learn from my inner critic, and show up better for myself and in my relationships. She was with me through some major ups and downs, and I can’t imagine having gone through them without her.

”I would recommend working with Rachel to anyone who is looking for more clarity, alignment, and support in their lives.”

“I met Rachel at a retreat and felt drawn to her. I was in therapy at the time, but I was looking to transition out of it. While I love therapy and will always promote it, there is a positive aspect that coaching offers that I wanted to tap into. I started working with Rachel and immediately loved the work we were doing together. We focused on building habits. She helped me discover and name what I wanted to go after, and then we made plans to go after it! The beautiful part about working with Rachel is that I also found healing. She has an innate ability to go deeper and draw out emotions I needed to work through. I appreciate her talent in this field, her depth, and especially her warmth as a coach.”

“My work with Rachel has been so impactful since we started meeting at the beginning of 2020. At that point, I was doing okay with my work-life balance, but I knew I could do better. After our first call, I knew there was work to be done and that Rachel could help me get to a better place.

“Throughout our work together, I was able to learn how to acknowledge my inner critic and learn when and how to push its voice aside. I was also able to take a step back and look at my work-life balance in a much more clear way. It turns out I was not as ‘balanced’ as I thought!

“I really appreciated Rachel’s focus and follow-up when it came to our topics of conversation and how she held me accountable at each meeting. I am normally the one holding others accountable, so it was nice to have someone hold me accountable! I know I will carry the skills Rachel taught me throughout my career.”
