BodyLove Bootcamp is a 12-week online coaching program that helps women lay the foundation for their food and fitness journey, set body-positive goals, and overcome roadblocks to success and sustainability. It combines knowledge with intuition, empowering women with tools to help them get off the all-or-nothing roller coaster and overcome feelings of body shame and self-doubt. Course includes 8 weeks of nutrition training and mindset coaching and 12 weeks of at-home workouts. Participants also receive access to a private Facebook group, group Q&As, and one private coaching session. This is currently the only way to work with me long term, one-on-one. Registration open for Fall 2017.
